1. Can I see the ETA of the provider once I have booked for a service?
You will be able to see the provider coming towards on the map once you have booked for a service.
2. No providers are showing up for the service I am choosing, what does that mean?
This means no provider for that particular category is currently online and/or available.
1. The service I was working on got cancelled but it's still running on my phone, what do I do?
Please close and restart the app if this happens. The app should reset back to the home screen.
2. My phone is not waking up from standby mode when I receive a job?
We've found some phones are having this issue. Please make sure your notification settings for the app on your phone are turned on. We've also found that more phones wake up when you receive a job when the app is minimized before you put your phone on standby. We are working on a solution for this.
3. The app puts me in offline mode after 30 minutes, Can I extend this?
Currently, there is no way to change this. After 30 minutes, the app will prompt you that you have been inactive for more than 30 minutes. If you wish to be online, simply change your status back to online.
